Paul Salay, President & CCO

          

Paul Salay is President and CCO of Ad Dynamics. In this role, he directs the company’s operations including the research, sales, marketing, client services, and product development organizations. Paul has led the transformation of Ad Dynamics’ go to market model from a product centric ad tracking service to a business solution engagement model where using the power of market intelligence is aligned to a company’s critical marketing initiatives. Paul also established Ad Dynamics’ Client Advisory Council which served to validate and prioritize the many product development initiatives that are transforming the firm. In addition, he is a key thought leader in the organization co-authoring much of the firm’s original research.

Paul brings 20 years of commercial and general management experience the leading firms across the market research industry, with emphasis in IP-based models from technology, ethics and compliance to human capital. Prior to joining Ad Dynamics, Paul’s experiences include serving as Group Vice President at Gartner, the technology industry's premier IT Advisory firm. There, Paul helped to transform and build a leadership team responsible for nearly $100m in annual revenue bookings in a $1b company. Paul has also served in senior leadership positions with LRN and Capital H Group. LRN has pioneered an industry through thought leadership in the areas of governance, risk and compliance and education to inspire principled performance for a sustainable competitive advantage. Paul has led successful organizations by leveraging its most important asset, its people, to create thought leadership in the industry and improve the client’s experience, satisfaction and level of engagement.

Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree graduating with Honors from Wittenberg University and an MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He received an Executive Education Certification, Leading Professional Service Firms, from Harvard Business School.
